Important Penalties
Resignation Penalty (Round 2+)
For Non Joining, no action by Institute, however action by MCC may be applicable. For resigning, non reporting after availing seat from 2nd Round onward action as per ESIC Rule, University rule and MCC rule will be applicable

Re-allocation Deduction
10% of Annual Tuition Fee i.e. for All India Quota and State Quota Rs. 10000/- and for ESIC Ward of IP Quota Rs. 2400/

Resignation Reimbursement
